COMPOSITION :

Powder :

  • Beads or granules of poly methyl methacrylate
  • Initiator – benzoyl peroxide
  • Pigments/dyes
  • Opacifiers – titanium/zinc oxides
  • Plasticizer – dibutyl phthalate
  • Synthetic fibres – nylon/acrylic

Shelf life and storage :

  • Best before 36 months under proper storage.
  • Store at a temperature between 10°C to 30°C.
  • Keep the powder and liquid containers tightly closed to avoid contamination.

Direction To Use :-

  • Prepare the Surface: Ensure the surface where the OrthoPlast Heat Cure Powder will be applied is clean and dry.
  • Measure the Powder: Measure the appropriate amount of the OrthoPlast Heat Cure Powder. The powder is available in various packaging sizes, including 110g, 450g, 1kg and 3kg.
  • Mix with Liquid Monomer: Mix the measured amount of the OrthoPlast Heat Cure Powder with a liquid monomer in a clean, dry container. The recommended powder-to-liquid ratio is typically around 3:1.
