This vasoconstrictive effect also contributes to the prolonged action of the anesthetic, enhancing its effectiveness.Lignocaine, present in a concentration of 2% w/v, is the primary anesthetic agent in Warren Lignox. It works by stabilizing the neuronal membrane, inhibiting the ionic fluxes necessary for the initiation and conduction of nerve impulses.
