PharmaDent Gumex-25 ml

Gumex Gum Paint is an antiseptic, analgesic, and astringent medicine used for the treatment of inflamed, swollen and bleeding gums (gingivitis, periodontitis), pre-denture problems, tooth extraction, before and after orthodontic treatment, oral ulcers, bad breath, sore throat, etc.

Gumex Gum Paint contains Potassium Iodide, Iodine, Tannic acid, Menthol, Thymol, Camphor, Zinc Phenol Sulphonate, Mentha Oil, Clove Oil, and Phenol as active ingredients that help optimize oral hygiene.

Potassium iodide helps to overcome tooth discoloration. Iodine has strong anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Zinc has an important role in the prevention of plaque and dental calculus formation and thus contributes to healthy teeth formation.

Tannic acid helps maintain long-term oral hygiene by exerting anti-adherent and antibacterial effects. Camphor, menthol, mentha oil, phenol and clove oil has antiseptic properties that help relieve toothache and freshen breath. Thymol appears to inhibit growth of oral microbes and may help reduce dental caries.

Massage Gumex Gum Paint 2-3 times every day on the affected gum using fingertips, or as directed by the doctor. It is for external use only. To massage, brush or gargle with Gumex Gum Paint, add one teaspoonful of gum paint in 20 ml of water and use it.
