Dental dowel pins are used widely during the fabrication or casting of multiple crowns on dies. A dental dowel pin possesses enhanced geometry that increases the precision of placement of tooth dies onto base support in its slot. During the casting process, the dowel pins are inserted in the selected positions on the cast, to form a positive replica of a tooth from a negative impression.
