Debubblizer is fast drying surface tension reducer and cleanser, it can be used on wax before pouring of the investment and also on all types of impression materials before casting models. This is available in pleasant blue liquid in a spray bottle. It is a Spray to be used before pouring impressions or wax patterns and helps to avoid bubbles while pouring models. It is stored in cool dark place and kept away from direct flame.

Directions:-

• ON WAX PATTERN –
• Spray the patterns at around 3 inch distance Taking precaution that material does not slump, air blow the pattern to remove any slump. However there is no need to wait till pattern is completely dry, it cud be invested when it appears moist. DEBUBBLIZER is compatible to all types of investment and does not retard setting of investment.
• ON IMPRESSION –
• Method of application remains as above with Special precaution to be taken that the liquid which is accumulated in fine detail area, air blow to remove any accumulation. This Material is compatible to all types of impression and it does not retard setting of stone or die stone plaster, hence other procedures shall remain same.
